Default p28 chipped ecu for a b16a3(p30)

hey friend of mine has a Eg with a b16a3 swap in it i believe its from the USDM del sol ? anyways he is

planning on getting a chipped p28 ecu from HAmotorsports and got some question about the base maps and what options to add on

from what i could tell when i checked the car out seems like the o2 is wired and and so is Vtec it currently has a p28 Non chipped which runs the car like crap

Socketed OBD1 P28 ECU with Custom Basemap Chip Package|HA Motorsports << thats the ecu

and what to add on

1. do i need too enable the knock sensor for the B16a3 ?

2. what type of o2 sensor is required ? if you click on the link it has two options for the o2 sensors i have no
idea which one is the right one to keep and which one needs to be disabled

let me know
Thanks

Knock sensor DISABLED (The P28 ECU does not have the circuitry for a knock sensor, so leaving it turned on or active in the software creates an MIL engine code that cannot be repaired without reprogramming the chip)
O2 Sensor ENABLED - Closed Loop operation
O2 Heater ENABLED - assuming you are using the 4-wire O2 sensor found in most OBD-1 engine management systems... DISABLE the O2 Heater circuit if you are using a single wire O2 sensor up front on the engine header very close to the cylinder head.
