99 EX w/ B16 Swap Clutch Issues
Hello, H-T!
I recently bought a 99 EX with a B16A motor and S4C tranny in it. (cable)
For the first few months, everything was fine and normal but a new problem recently arose.
When the car has sat for atleast a few hours and has cooled down, the clutch will engage maybe 2 or 3 inches from the floor but
when it warms up, it will go back to engaging about 6-7 inches from the floor.
On cold start I have to push the clutch pedal to the floor to get it to disengage whereas when it's warm, it's much higher up.
No idea on miles or condition of the system but I don't see any leaks and this issue was very sudden, did not slowly get worse.
Another detail: when cold and low engagement, the pedals dead zone is enormous. When warm, the dead zone shortens dramatically, back to normal.
