It depends on whether you want to do a draw-thru or a blow-thru setup.
The blow-thru has less lag, is generally easier to tune, and is safer but you are required to have a boost referenced regulator to ensure the fuel doesn't get pushed out of the bowls as the pressure increases from the turbo.
Draw-thru is easier to setup but you still ideally need boost referenced power valves and there's some work involved in making a blow off valve setup work.
