Default Integra B18B1 Swap into Honda Civic (Both Automatic)

After a very complicated engine swap (a lot of rewiring and interesting diy mounting), our 1995 Integra engine fired up in the 96' Civic.

Currently have a couple problems with the transmission...

- Cannot change gears from park after firing up the car. We confirmed that there are brake lights and we put in the shift linkage correctly (although it looks like its put in correctly, there is little slack). We think its the Shift interlock solenoid but it worked previously when the old engine was in.

- We dont have much wired into the transmission but everything hooked up to throw it into 2nd gear is in. We put in 5 quarts of ATF-Z1 and when driving the car (we changed gears by starting in neutral) and it cannot accelerate very well.

Does anyone have any experience or suggestions for us?

Thanks,
Jordan
