Ground Control Sleeve Removal
I have searched around everywhere on Google and on the site, and I cannot find an answer for this. Maybe this has not yet been answered, maybe it is obvious, or my searching skills have failed me.
I sourced a set of GC sleeves on a set of blown Koni yellows, and I would like to reuse the sleeves on another setup. How do I remove the sleeves from the dampers so I can install them on another set of Konis?

I just wanted to check back in and let everyone know.
One thing the sleeves did not do is slide right off. To be fair, the sleeves were mated to the Konis for over 12 years, but techniques involving a 2x4 and a 4 pound sledge along with lots of anti-rust liquid failed to do any significant progress. A friend of mine who has a press rigged something together in order to press the sleeves out and even that was not easy.

Haha...
Yeah, they were off a car that has only seen track duty and minor on-road driving to and from tracks. These Konis have had a good life, but like all good things, they did not last forever.
I am expecting the sleeves to slide right on the new Konis :D. Need to get around to it now.
