2001 Honda Prelude Type SH | Unmodified Survivor, 41k-Miles

Details:
This is a two-owner from new, 41,175-mile 2001 Honda Prelude Type SH finished in Milano Red. This car was sold new at Hansel Honda in Petaluma, CA, and lived in Northern California thereafter. The first owner was an 80-year old man who kept the car garaged and serviced religiously. It is 100% unmodified and has never been modified. 100% original paint on all metal panels as verified by paint meter. All body VIN tags present. Zero accidents. 100% clean Carfax. 100% clean, free & clear title.
Flaws:
Exterior: There are some stone chips & nicks (nothing more than the mileage would suggest), one or two removable dings, and the wheels have some markings & chipping. The VIN tags on the front & rear bumpers are not visible, although I am told this is normal for 5th-generation Preludes.
Interior: The sunroof button has some bubbling, and the removable carpets could use a steam clean to look perfect. The steering wheel has some wear in the leather. Otherwise no issues.
Underbody: Being a California car from new, this Prelude is in fantastic condition underneath. It does leak one drop of oil on occasion after a long drive. No other issues to note.
Maintenance Information:
This Prelude had regular oil & filter servicing according to Honda's schedule. The Michelin A/S tires are properly sized and date coded 2014 with no issues or signs of cracks. Tire tread is good. The car drives fantastic with zero issues (engine, transmission, clutch, suspension, etc. included). It also has a simple Karr car alarm installed.
Car comes with the following:
- Original window sticker.
- Original owner's manual & ancillaries.
- All original keys & fobs including red key.
- 2001 Honda Prelude brochure (2 copies).
