Help: STD Swapped to DOHC ZC Swapped to D16A6

Information:
The Honda I'm working on is a 1990 Honda Civic STD EF. It originally had the D15B2 engine which was swapped out for the DOHC ZC engine. I sent out the harness to have it converted from DPFI to MPFI and to have it support the DOHC ZC engine. I've recently swapped to a rebuilt D16A6.
Problem:
The original harness has been converted to have two external wires which I believe are cam sensor wires; What's done is described fairly well in this thread: Where Does DOCH ZC ( 3rd. gen.) cam sensor plug into the ECU? | HondaSwap
I need to convert what I have to the round 7 - wire connector so that my engine can run. What do I hook up where?

I notice that you have an aftermarket distributor which has a yellow/green igniter wire instead of the OEM white
