I went out to go to work and I unlocked my car and the bell started dinging the lights on the car flickered on and off and the red light on the steering wheel cover is on. The car will not start but all the lights are on the dash. It is like it is the alarm but I no long have a working remote where I could have hit the panic button and the horn is not sounding.

 

it's possible the battery is too low, you may need to look up the alarm manual to put it into valet mode, but having a car alarm shop remove the alarm might be the best bet
