Greetings Honda-Tech,

Been lurking on this site for awhile now and decided to finally register. I picked up a cheap 91 Civic hatch a few months ago for $800. One owner, all original, only 39k miles... but was probably left out in the salty snow out here in NYC, hence the big ol' rust holes near the rear wheel wells. Runs solid tho! I'm hoping to restore her up to something respectable sans rust and eventually give her some upgrades. H-T seems a good resource for this.
That said, does anyone have any welders they'd recommend in NYC for this kind of job? I've already hit up a buncha auto body places with no luck..
