Default Can Civic without ELD work well?

Hello. I have an EG3 EDM and I swapped MPFI from EJ2 USDM. Honda from America had an ELD, but euro Civics does not have an ELD. I have some problems with electronics. Passenger window is not working, mirrors can move only up or down (left mirror) and left or right (right mirror). There is no error code on check engine light, even then all electronics is running. It is possible that problems with window and mirrors are caused by missing ELD?

Your windows and mirrors have nothing to do with the ELD system.
