I have a 1999 civic si-g with a d16y8 and it starts and runs good but if I give it a lot of rpm and try to go fast and then shut it off it won't start again unless I prime it by turning the key off and on and then it smells like gas and I'll let it sit and then try to start it and after a few seconds of turning over it'll kinda cough to life and I have to feather the gas pedal but then it's all good until I give a lot of rpm again. (So if I drive normal it will start again)
