b16b inspection possible?
i read on how to do the itr b18c pass inspection changing some parts to usdm and some wiring tricks using the usdm ecu
but is it possible to do the same thing to a b16b? i live in ny and all we do is plug it into the machine here so would the em1 ecu work?
