Default can I use this transmission in a civic?

So I got a 99 prelude sh with a motor knock and the car does not have a title. I was thinking about using the parts from it to start a h22 swap in a civic. Am I able to use the transmission from the sh prelude since it has the ATTS system? Also I know the shifter box is a different than the older accord/prelude shifter boxes. Can I use the 97-01 shifter box?

The short answer is no. Wiring up the ATTS system is challenging AND you would have to connect it to a "SH" H22 engine, and since yours has a knock, it is likely that you could buy a complete standard H22A swap for what a replacement "SH" H22 engine longblock would cost.
