Honda part number: 95701-08040-08; (8 x 40) Flange bolt
The 8 is the metric thread diameter and the 40 is the thread length. The thread pitch is not stated; but, possibly 1.25.
Easier to just get the bolts from the dealer. List price is $1.52 each.
