Default b16b vs b18c r rod stroke ratio

i know this has been covered but does the b16b rev faster then the b18c5/c r?
because of the rod stroke ratio is so much higher?

i like how the b16 motors sound and rev up so fast compared to the 1.8 but they don't have as much torque as the 1.8
so do u think its worth it to get a b16b because of how it sounds and revs or a b18c r because of the torque

You should choose what makes you happy. If the "Sound" is a priority for you, then the B16B appears to be your choice. If performance is the priority, the larger displacement engines like the GSR and ITR versions will perform better... all else being equal. There are no wrong answers here... build your dream car and don't let others influence your decision with their opinions.
