Default d15b7 on a d16a6 motor spark plug and wire

im new to the Honda scene and new to the forums.
I have a 1991 crx si and I'm planning on going turbo and I'm going to do a odb1 conversion. I have a p75 obd1 ecu (I know p28 is a better choice but I got this for free and I'm on a budget build) and I'm planning on using d15b7 dizzy ( I seen on a forum that you could use a d15b7 or z6 dizzy for the obd1 conversion ) . I'm just wondering if I could reuse my old spark plug and spark plug wires on the b7 dizzy or I have to buy a new set of b7 plugs and wires?

If you update to a newer head with the plugs at the front of the motor like a y8 or z6 then you will need the newer style wires. Old style with plugs on the back need old style wires.
