2000 HONDA ACCORD 2.3L F23A1 Won't start.
First and foremost, check your under hood fuses. Pay special attention to the main fuse/relay. If I remember correctly, it's an 80 or 100 amp fuse and should be mounted near the wire connections for the fuse box. If you don't find any problems there, look under the dash to find your EFI relay. You'll need a 10mm socket to remove get the bracket off it's attached to. Unplug it, remove it and remove the plastic cover. Then look at the solder points on the back of the circuit board (you may need a magnifying glass to see them clearly).
They aren't terribly expensive but, your local parts store may not have one in stock and if you know how to use a solder pen, you can repair it yourself.

The very best diagnostic approach that I know of is Schrodinger's Box on YouTube, the FASTTEC method. Scotty Kilmer also has some good videos on YouTube for "Fixing a car that cranks but won't start up"
