Default Suggestions for B2OZ turbo build

Hey all,

I currently have a 1999 Honda CR-V with automatic 4 speed transmission and 4WD, bought in the USA I believe it has a B20Z engine with 140,000 miles on it, but I am not sure if it is USDM or JDM. Everything is completely stock.
Is this worth turbocharging? I would prefer not to engine swap, so if there are any modifications/parts to install to reduce stress on the engine, please tell.
Also, if I mount a turbocharger, do I have to replace the piston heads, camshaft, and engine block because of the added stress? I am looking to get it to around 250-300 horsepower, and I have about 3000 dollars to spend on my car.

I apologize if my questions seem stupid. I am relatively new to the car world but I am willing to learn!

Figure out specific questions you need answered then use the search button....

I know the answers to everything youre asking, but frankly I'm tired of repeating myself.

Search.

The long block is fine at 250ish whp, but that trans won't like the added power.
