Default honda accord 2001

so i have a 2001 Honda accord sedan 2.3l l4 LX, and the motor that is in it, is starting to burn a good amount of oil. i have been doing some searching and don't know what to do. on one hand the car is still in good conditions its only the motor that is causing problems(maybe need a new clutch and trans its starting to act up too).

so my question is should i sell the car and get a new one or should i just swap the motor and maybe a trans.

second if i do swap, what is an easy and affordable engine that i can drop into this car.

You can just find a used motor out of a 98-02 accord to drop in. Problem is the newest used engine is 15 years old...you might check to find an importer near you and see about getting a JDM F23A takeout. Basically the same engine, but they would be lower mileage than what you may find used at a salvage yard.
