Hey guys, I have 1999 Accord F23a4. Recently the check engine light stopped working. Unfortunately where I am I have to pass emissions, so I need to get this working. First I started by replacing the bulb, checked all fuses, and checking all grounds. That didn't work so I moved on to a refurbished ecu, main relay and even a replacement cluster. Still no luck. At this point I am at a loss and need some help. What else is there left for me to check? Thanks guys any help is greatly appreciated
