3rd... with an "rd" and not a "th". I am sure that is what you meant. No, unfortunately it is not possible since the countershaft gears are two different sizes in stack height. Why would you want TWO third gears ???

I'm sorry for my bad English. But yes, I bought a shorter 3rd gear for racing. The original 3rd gear ratio is perfectly for the 4rd gear. That's why I would like to place the 3rd gear into the 4rd gear. But I think I need to buy another 4rd gear too
