2014 crv down jerks when applying brake slowly and comes to stop

2014 crv down jerks when applying brake slowly and comes to stop
i have 2014 crv lx 2wd, 75k Kms. When I drive and try to come to a stop and when it stops completely makes down jerk noise like transmission. I am not sure it's transmission or something else. Anyone else have this kind of issue or suggestions recommnendations
