Cabin fan works at times then doesn't.

It will work all speeds then for no reason it stops. Ac works but no fan same for heater.

Check the relay in the electrical panel by drivers left foot.

they all run off of the same blower electric fan under the glove box. is the air pressure weak? if so maybe blower needs replaced but yes check relay/ fuses and all connections wiring for breaks loose connections, bad relays etc. try replacing relay in fuse panel
