Just purchased a 91 Civic hatchback had a doggy d15 with a 4 speed.. on my behalf the car is unbelievable clean shell and it was steal. Just bought an obd0 b18a1 and I was not informed it had some cut wire in the harness that was included. I know there are probably threads on top of threads but I have searched alot and am just at an end..

it appears he cut off the rear portion of the car plus a bunch of little things. And it isn't very easy to find uncut anything obd0 around here.. I have been told I can use my stock chassis harness and I would have to either modify the d or b series motor harness. I have both any input would be appreciated.

Have you checked the FAQ already? General rule of thumb, you're going to modify your existing harness as needed. First thing will be a MPFI conversion. From there, it should only be extending a couple of sensor plugs to reach their new location on the B18 (provided you're staying pre-OBD).

Find a wiring diagram and continuity test every wire in the engine harness plug. There's not that many, shouldn't take you too long. Find them, repair them.

I don't have the portion cut off..I I'm planning on using the stock D series in adding pins to it to use the B series motor harness at least that's what a buddy says we're doing.
