I am installing RSX base struts and knuckles in my 01 Insight. I am running Koni Yellow inserts. I am hoping to get the insert an inch or so lower in the strut body and want to know what kind of clearance I have between the bottom bolt and the CV boot. Does anyone have a picture of this? Its a base RSX knuckle so the CV joint should be a bit smaller but I have no reference. I have searched hi and low.

 

Interesting, what are using for the rear dampers?

 

GAZ insight rears, adjustable Gaz Shocks | Performance shock absorbers | Suspension Kits | Adjustable suspension kits | Camber adjusters | Top Mounts | Premium height adjustable suspension kits, the shocks are not listed and Im not sure of the ordering terms

I bought them in a group buy I saw on insightcentral.net I also have a Ground Control coil over kit 00-06 Insight coil over set but they gave me the RSX hardware for the front instead of Insight. Other than the shocks being pretty and well built, have decent reviews of the few that have them, I have no idea how they will perform other than that.
