Default what is this!!

I have a 2000 Honda accord se and i cant for the life of me figure out what the name of the part is thats connected to the other part of the upper radiator hose on a 2.3 motor i know at one end its connected to the radiator i also need to know what size socket is needed to remove it.

Water outlet is next to the exhaust manifold. I think they are 12mm headed bolts. Unless it is leaking you normally don't ever have to remove it.
Thermostat/Thermostat housing is located on the intake manifold which connects to the lower rad hose on the backside of the engine.

Don't forget to bleed the air out of the system before startup after installing new hoses. Air bleed nipple is located on the thermostat housing. If you don't air bleed the coolant system the engine will overheat and if left for too long can warp the head and blow the head gasket.

I can't seem too get the second bolt too break loose, I have gotten the top bolt loose but cant seem too break loose the bottom bolt the one that's attachached with a small medal bracket...

Ideally when working on Aluminum, it is better to have the engine block warm as it makes removing fasteners easier.
Try some liquid wrench or Kroil on the fastener, or even a small propane torch to heat the head of the bolt up to help expand it and break it free. There may be corrosion on the threads causing the bolt to stick.

just take the hose off and youll have plenty of room
