Hello I've never done one of these cars b4 I have a 99 Acura integra gs when I got it it had a blown b18b1 in it I got a h23a non vetch for 30$ from a friend engine and tranny after trien to put it in I found that it is not going to just bolt and go what mods do I need for this swap to work ?

 

wow yea an H series is not going to just Bolt in at all, you should have gotten another B series honestly because the H23a non VTEC just isn't worthwhile as a swap. H swaps in Integra's have been done plenty of times but its with the better engines typically. If you really want to do the swap though, do a Google or similar search for "H swap Integra" or something and you will be able to find a parts list for what you need, but it is not a direct swap.

 

I wish I had the cash to buy a different motor but I don't so I'm working with what I have And paid nothing to get the car or motor so that's why I'm trien to put it in it so for I have gotten that I will need different mounts and cpu and shift cable Shot anything else idk ? Otherwise if anyone knows where to get another b series cheap lmk please other than that what car would the mounts I need come from or out of ?

 

You will spend much more getting that H23 into the car than you would just buying a used JDM B20B for $400 and swapping it straight in. The B20B will bolt straight in and run on the same ECU, just pull the B18, swap the accessories and trans over, and dump it right back in. (you'll also need to cross somes wires at the ECU but that's trivial)
