Default keeping a f20b obd2 in a obd1 vehichle

okay so i know a lot of people are gonna be like why wouldn't you just switch a f20b to obd1 because that is basically what everybody does and because its cheaper that way and what not but i want to do nothing with this engine in regards to switching it to obd1 even though my car is already a obd1 chassis/vehicle i would like the advantage of the obd2 system for diagnostics and what not seeing that i live in NY you need to pass an emissions test for your inspection on your car however that has only to deal with 96 and up vehicles and i own a 94 accord all i'm really asking here is if i were to get all the parts from the compiled list below will this setup work

what i have:
-94 honda accord chassis

what i need:
-cf4 ecu
-96 obd2a honda accord chassis and sub harness
-obd2a to obd2b conversion harness
-aem ems v2 desinged for a 98-02 accord dx,lx,ex
-ry wiring harness for f series motors
-f20b

i feel like on paper it will work i just wanted some people who have done f20b swaps before particularly on the cd5 chassis for some input and i know some people are gonna ask well why dont you just swap it into a 96 or 97 accord and that would be basically because i like the 94-95 honda accord better i think it personally looks better than that of the facelift version not only that but i already own a prestine 94 shell and as i stated before i live in ny where if you have a 96 or above you have to get your car inspected for emmisions and ide rather not deal with that not only that obd1 vehicles are 10 dollars cheaper when you inspect them

but basically im just lookinng for some insight on this cause i dont really feel like spending all this money on something thats not necessarily gonna work all that right and also didnt create the post so people can tell me that i should switch it to obd1 instead of keeping it obd2 cause thats not the point of this thread
