2001 Honda Civic sputtering

My honda started sputtering again. Usually happens when accelerating fast and not when I keep it below 4000RPMs. Any idea what is causing this?

Do you have a Check Engine Light on? If you're not able to go past 4,000 RPM's, its because the car is in LIMP mode and there's something wrong.
