96 integra ls won't start... Checked for spark and new plugs but what else....

96 integra ls won't start... Checked for spark and new plugs but what else....
I don't know what's wrong because one day I pulled the plugs out and out then back in and it wouldn't start also when I put the new plugs I gapped them by eye because I didn't have time so do you think gap has a such a bug effect
