I thought it was the heater core tube but I went to O'rielys and they don't have anything close.

Yes that's the heater hose. Probably a length of 5/8 generic heater hose will work. If you want a pre-bent one you'll likely need to buy it from a Honda dealer, or one of those ebay silicone hose sets.
