Default Timing Belt Fraying?

Okay so maybe i'm just being really paranoid, but I had had my timing belt changed on my 91' CRX around 500 miles ago, and I took the cover off to see how it was looking, and this is what I found. Should I be worried, or am I crazy?

What about this concerns you? When you said fraying, I was expecting to see a belt rubbing on something and looking all shredded. What I can see in pictures looks like a brand new belt basically.

Who replaced the belt though? Why no effort to clean the sprockets or the general path of the timing belt? When I do a timing belt, everything gets washed really well and looks clean when I'm done. The 'blackening' on the teeth of the sprocket would have been cleaned off if I had done it.

Just nervous it's going to get worse and snap. I went to a shop called Tunex, and it was my first time getting one replaced. The belt makes a whirling sound sometimes when running, like its rubbing on something. I cant see anything inside that would be rubbing it though.
