Default 96 Accord Clutch Master Cylinder issue

so i've got this converted AT to Manual 96 accord that is giving me trouble with the Clutch Master Cylinder leaking from the pedal side , so i replaced it once the ms and the slave , and it was working ok for like a month so now i notice the pedal is going soft again and saw a small leak on the ms .

any one with this similar issue ?

If your CMC was a rebuilt unit it may be the problem, only use new or rebuild them yourself.
If the pedal was not properly adjusted or bled correctly you may be over stroking the CMC and failing the cylinder.
Make sure there is no junk in the lines that may be floating down into the CMC and failing/rolling the seals.
