i have a 95 ej1 and i have deleted my cruise control and am about to delete the sunroof as well so i no longer have a need for the 3 buttons above the power mirror contols, i have seen in some pictures of JDM car interiors a little pocket in its place the perfect size for a pack of cigarettes. does anyone know what this piece is called? or where i can buy one assuming it fits USDM cars? all i can find under dash pocket is the coin pocket thats below the ashtray. i have tried extensively on google to find it to no avail. thanks

 

What about the dimmer? All the USDM have a three slot adapter there because even the DX has a panel dimmer control as one of the three buttons. If not equipped with sunroof or cruise control, 1/3 size blank covers are installed.

 

You can still keep the dimmer plugged up and tucked within the dash. There's plenty of room to relocate it.

I'm just saying that you won't find the cigarette pocket in the US market since they all had at least the dimmer in that slot.

 

The coin pockets was never an option on USDM Civics. $35 isn't too bad of a price but after S/H...I don't see the need to even bother.
