Default 2002 Honda Stream 2.0 I-vtec

I hope im right to post here,I know it's based on a Civic but can't see it listed as a Stream.
The radiator fan won't cut in,it overheated the other day as it was left idling,it works with the aircon switched on though
I've bought a thermo switch and an ect sensor but can't for the life of me see where the thermo switch is or the ect sensor are located?
Any help and diagrams will be much appreciated!
I think it's the K20a engine and RN body code

Thanks

Well, I don't know what a Stream is... so I am assuming that you do not live in the USA. It would be helpful if you put your location in your profile or give more specific information in your post.

I am making BIG assumptions to try and help you with what you need based on USDM models powered by K series engines... the fan switch (thermo ?) is found on the lower edge of the radiator and the ECT sensor is found on the transmission end of the cylinder head just above the top of the transmission and slightly closer to the back of the head from center. It is difficult to see because the cam position sensors, fuel lines and purge control hoses as well as the largest part of the engine harness are directly above it.

Thank you so much for the information you have just provided,I have both sensors and can now tackle the job confidently!
I saw one on the bottom of the radiator but couldn't be sure there was another one around the thermostat housing...
the ect sensor I didn't have a clue where it was, there is hardly any information on the net about these cars!
Yes I am from the UK and I will update my profile accordingly as I was in a rush to get information to get the job done...

God Bless 'JRCivic1'
