My name is Joćo and while watching this video: at 4:15 an EG(i think) CIVIC shows up.

It is the best sounding civic Ive ever seen.

Does anyone know what engine and mods?
Or have a link for the original video?

Boy was that an irritating video to watch... WAY too much rev limit banging going on and NOT ONE of the driver's in the video can actually drive. I got to the point you referenced... listened for about 30 seconds... meh, then couldn't stand any more.

Sounds like a "K" series to me.

 

But its so high pitched!
Usualy B“s are the one who sound so high pitched. It sounds like a rally car IMO. And that flyby was brutal, you cant deny!

And at 7:40 you have one driver that actually nails it

Could someone explain me that lit sound that it is producing?

 

It's just the vtec of the K series on a open exhaust.

Here is the sound of the K20Z3 on stock exhaust inside the car:



Mine has Injen Cold Air intake with Skunk2 Megapower Race Header, Cat Delete and Skunk2 Megapower R race (70mm) Exhaust. It sounds significan'tly louder than this video when vtec kicks in.

More like this, and remember this inside the car, and also notice the tone difference right at 7-8 seconds when the vtec kicks in (outside the car it's monsterous loud):
