Default Blue Top H23A VTEC or B20 VTEC for CRX?

I have had a JDM B18C swapped CRX for quite some time now. And I would like to upgrade to something with a more power and torque. The two choices I am considering at this time are a B20 VTEC and H23 VTEC. I have plenty of parts laying around to build a B20 VTEC, including a couple of B20 bottom ends and a Type R head. And I have a complete Blue Top H23 VTEC longblock kicking around as well. Of course, there are other parts I would have to buy for either swap. But it could turn out to be a draw money-wise either way. Which do you think would be the better swap? I would think the H23 VTEC would give me FAR better torque. But it seems like few people actually work with this motor. And it seems like people actually get better HP from B20 VTEC setups. The B20 VTEC would also fit in the car better. But I know that, for a street car (which this is), a torquier, larger displacement engine sometimes just plain works better. What do you think?

H23A VTEC hands down. More and more people are realizing this is the way to go.

B20 VTEC will take cams and higher compression to make similar hp to a stock longblock H23A VTEC.
Torque doesn't even compare.
