Default 2005 Honda civic frozen trunk and driver door locks

My 2005 honda civic VP has had both the driver door and trunk locks freeze up over the past 6 months. They both can get the key in, but it wont turn. I have tried specialty lock cylinder anti-freeze/penetrant/lube. Didnt work. If I buy new lock cylinders I will end up having 2 new keys, with 3 total. Looking for a better, cheap solution. Anyone had this problem?

Most any lock smith can repin your locks to your key if you remove the locks and take them to him..
