Help please

I have a 95 Accord And the steering whatchamacallit it is loose on the drivers side I have no clue what to call it it's not a power steering gearbox is it?Direct me to a thread or help please..Thank yall

I can't really take a video but the rack and pinion is loose inside where the steering linkage connects
