My 2004 TSX has 110K miles and is in excellent condition (no rust). Recently it started making a noise from the front right. The noise occurs when I hit a bump; it's related to the size of the bump I hit, not speed, braking, etc. It's a shaking noise; it occurs 3-5 times after each big bump I hit and each follow-up noise is less loud than the first. Any idea what it could be?

 

It's likely either an upper strut mount or sway bar end link.

 

Is there anyway to tell if it's the upper strut mount while the car is still on the ground?
