broken shift lever in honda accord

broken shift lever in honda accord
Hi,
As i was about to park my 2004 honda accord, i discovered that the shift lever (**** on the side of the gear) had broken. Please what do i do? although if i just hang it there, the gear moves but is there any risk in it? is it possible that it gets stuck soon? and if it gets stuck, what am i suppose to do and how to i move the gear to atleast park?
