Default Assistance needed: 2003 Accord SRS connection issue

Srs light is showing and it's reading a 9-3 Faulty Driver Seat Belt Buckle Switch for my 2003 honda civic. Iv never had a problem with the seatbelt and never a problem with the indicator for the seatbelt not on. Iv taken the seat belt apart put contact cleaner pressed it 5 million times to try and clean it out. But still cant reset srs it still comes back with a 9-3. what else can i do???!!!???
