I start up, all is well, no warning lights, nothing. I set off and, about every fourth outing, I get two long beeps, sometimes followed straightaway by two more. Sometimes it happens again a few minutes later. There are no warning lights, seat belts are fine, it's recently been serviced, it's driving beautifully. What's going on?

 

I understand a CRV and an integra have the same engine, but you're in the integra forums. Either way, I'd assume it's a door, hatch or seatbelt chime on the fritz.
