The cooling fan on my 2000 Honda Accord LX is not engaging. The condenser fan is however. I switched the relays on the two fans and the cooling fan does still not run and the AC fan does. So I'm assuming that the relay is good. I'm not sure what to check next. I thought about straight wiring the fan to the battery to see if the motor runs.

 

The fan motor may just be burned up. Have you checked all the fuses?

 

It could just be the fan. Apply direct batter to the fan using a set of test leads and see if it turns on.
