Default motor swap issues

have a 94 prelude si with a h22a motor swap, but speedomitor is not calibrated/correct/accurate

also im pretty sure my vtech is not kicking in, the previous owner dose not know anything about his issue, all the proper wire looks to be wired, even the vtech cylenoid valve is wored up. but not if it was done correct,

can somebody please help me figure this problem.

See if the whoever did the swap, wired the VTEC correctly (or at all).

Just a note, it drives everyone absolutely bananas when you spell VTEC as VTECH. You may want to edit that, you may get more responses. lol. Also maybe spell check the rest as well, some people are very petty and wont reply if they think your a dummy.

Wire up a light to the Vtec cyl , that way you can ensure its kicking in. If the speedo isn't working its possible that the computer is not seeing the minimum speed for Vtec to kick in.

Ensure that the VSS is installed and properly seated, it can take a little maneuvering and the mounting tabs tend to snap off, if the mount is broken it could be bouncing around in there.

Yup, the VSS is likely the root of it all, or at least the main culprit.
