CRX Suspension / brakes SWAP!
..ok I got the whole set up of a 95 GSR front and rear disc brakes, and want to swap it with my stock crx ones..what i have is the complete thing,...complete front hubs, with all hardware, break lines, caliper, rotor etc...rear is the complete trailing arm with all necassary hardware, breaklines..etc..all I need is axels, ...here goes me question....if I get the axels, will it fit right into my stock motor?...or do i need to change my motor to b series...if I do need to change it to b series, how bout the back? and do i need the intermediate shaft, and the half shaft? or just axels...would someoen please tell me everything I need to do to do the swap..how much are axels? Gs-R - LS any integra axels..Thanks
tell us what model and trim car you have.. most likely this is a straight bolt on, but may have some geometry problems.. as for axels.. call kragen, or checkers, or whom ever... if you have an hf or std then the axels will not fit in your motor.. but again, you never told us what car you have in the first place!!!
your axels will not fit the gsr spindels since the hf has a few teeth smaller.. or you can hybrid your axels to fit.. dont see why you would.. I had and 88 hf before... put the front brakes on when you are ready to swap, but you can do the rear discs now, since there are not axels...
