Default 1992 Accord fuel mileage drop off

1992 Accord DX
175xxx miles
Sat for approx 9 months before changing water pump last week. Now seems I'm getting 6-10 miles per gal less.
1. Just changed water pump (timing belt was already done) since then am now getting small amount of coolant coming out from under radiator cap. But not over heating. Fan doesn't ever seem to come on at red lights but temp gauge climbs but not overheating.
2. Newer cap and rotor
3. Plugs and wires I believe are original
4. I have never changed fuel filter
5. Never replaced o2 sensors
6. New oil change and tire pressure check
7. No reduction in power.
8. Have never replaced thermostat.
9. Replaced radiator 5 years ago

So where do I start.

F22 engine- with water pump driven by timing belt? If so, I'd start there. You may have altered the timing.

Are you saying you're losing coolant which is causing a drop of coolant from under the radiator cap or you're specifically saying that you are seeing coolant leak directly out from the radiator cap ?
