1996 honda civic. Brought it to my auto shop and was testing the engine out for a head gasket leak but when we put the plugs back in after a compression test (compression was very low) wouldn't start. Used a jumper pack, smelled fuel out of the exhaust and confirmed spark out of all 4 cylinders. Any suggestions what I should test or check? Timing belt seems to be in correctly also!
