Is it viable to do anything to this car including a engine or head swap? Have heard that support is limited.

Basic mods are available... like intake, header (downpipe), and cat-back exhaust. FlashPro to tune it. If your car is automatic, that is probably as far as you want to go. If it is a 6-speed, and you really have the desire for more HP than this... there are companies working on it. Motorvations Motorsports is working on one right now... supercharged and the target is greater than 400 wheel HP. Contact them if this interests you.
