Hi all!

Our ECU looks fried, 3 x blown capacitors. We have been calling wreckers to try and find a replacement, but there seems to be none. The guy at the wreckers told me that the numbers have to completely match, is this true? We're looking for a 37820 POA QOO, and I just haven't been able to find anything...

Are you auto trans or 5 speed? Check ebay. There are several listed.

 

Not true at all... you can use any ECU that matches your year, trim level and transmission combination.

So you just need to find a VTEC (P0A) ECU for your year and transmission. 94-95 are OBD1 and 96-97 are OBD2, this is also very important.
